Are you able to find tenants while the home is under construction?

This is the most concerning time for an investor. Your loan is fully drawn out and any delays with the tenant moving in can cost you big money! Most agents wait and only begin the leasing process once settlement has taken place and you receive the keys at handover. We say no to this approach – because it will cost you weeks in downtime!

At ARG Property Management, we request early access and start marketing weeks before your settlement date. This way you’ll have tenants lined up and ready to move in at settlement.

How hard is to transfer from my current agent

Easy done! We’ll take care of the process for you. That way you don’t have to deal with the stress or awkward nature of parting ways with your current property manager.

It’s as easy as signing ARG Property’s Form 6 (we can send via DocuSign with your property details on request), and then signing the Termination Letter that we will issue to your current property manager.

We can then take over your property within a 30 day notice period! You don’t need to change your current tenant lease agreement (this will stay the same until the lease has expired), nor do you have to contact your current Property Manager at all. We do all that for you.

How do your fees compare?

Management fees look good at 6%, don’t they? You feel relaxed as you look over the paperwork… but what about all the extras? It’s those additional fees which will drive the final figure much higher, and you don’t want to be caught out. ARG offer a transparent and all-inclusive fee schedule… that’s right ALL INCLUSIVE! This means you pay no EOFY statement fees, no monthly statement fees, inspection fees, lease renewal or other pesky fees often hidden in the fine print which see you paying more like 9.5%.
