Andrea Ute

Andrea is an Assistant Property Manager with extensive experience in the real estate industry. After completing her high school education in 1988, Andrea worked in the hospitality industry for a decade before deciding to pursue a career change due to her impending motherhood. In 1998, she enrolled in a diploma program in project management, which provided her with the skills and knowledge to start her own cleaning business in 2011. For over 12 years, she has worked closely with insurance companies, builders, and real estate agencies, gaining valuable experience and insight into the industry.

Despite her success as a business owner, Andrea was determined to push herself out of her comfort zone and further develop her skills. As a result, she decided to pursue a career in property management, leveraging her experience in project management and customer service to excel in this new field.

Andrea currently resides in Berwick, Victoria, where she is dedicated to her work and committed to providing exceptional service to her clients. She enjoys meeting new people and spending time with her family and friends outside of work. Her extensive industry knowledge, coupled with her friendly and approachable demeanour, makes her an excellent asset to the ARG Property Management team.
